About Us
My name is Stacy Loucks I am an owner operator of a small business based in Millville. I started working with my dad and brothers in the 80’s doing chipseal & learning all aspects of road construction from rebuilding existing roads to starting roads from scratch and everything in between.
My dad passed in 2007 and together with my brothers and sister we continued through the end of 2014 when we decided the California regulations on trucks had become so unreasonable with our fleet. In January of 2015 with the support of my wife and our 2 daughters, we chose to continue on our chipsealing heritage and upgraded our fleet of trucks and equipment while holding the bar high on quality of road construction.
Today we are blessed with many new customers and so many return customers from over the years. I appreciate your interest in chipseal and look forward to the opportunity to work with you.
